Is interior finishing included?+
The annex can be delivered as a shell or fully finished with gypsum, paint, flooring and air conditioning — defined in the quote.
Will it affect the roof waterproofing?+
We treat fixing points carefully to prevent leaks, and if existing waterproofing is damaged we recommend repairing it first.
