The challenge
Damp patches kept appearing on top-floor ceilings despite insulation applied three years earlier — meaning the roof was not the only source.
What we delivered
We began with instrument leak detection and found a crack around a pipe outlet plus untreated gutter areas. After fixing the source we installed bituminous waterproofing turned 25 cm up the walls, a thermal layer above it, and flood-tested for 48 hours before handover.
